These Terms describe use of this website. Specific events, services, Programs or engagements may have separate terms and may identify a different contracting entity.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or use the forms for spam.

The Start Something and Network early-access forms are for people aged 18 or older. Provide information you believe is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and confidential material that should be handled under a separate agreement.

Submissions and participation

A Start Something submission is a Signal for consideration. A Network early-access registration records interest. Neither submission guarantees a response, introduction, membership, partnership, funding, Program admission or another outcome.

Submitting information does not by itself create a partnership, employment relationship, investment agreement or obligation to proceed. Any engagement's scope, responsibilities, economics, confidentiality and intellectual-property arrangements must be established in the appropriate separate agreement.

You retain any rights you have in your submission. HoSt may review and use it, and share relevant details with potential collaborators, for the purposes described in the applicable form notice and Privacy Policy. Public publication of your personal profile, story or testimonial requires separate permission.

Website content and historical material

Website content explains HoSt and its work. It is not an offer of investment or a substitute for advice appropriate to your circumstances. Program availability and participation terms may change and should be checked before you rely on them.

Material labeled historical records an earlier period. Past offers, enrollment forms, benefits and policies are not current commitments. Refer to the current policy and the terms supplied for the activity you wish to pursue.

Respect the rights of HoSt and other rights holders in website text, images, logos and other material. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those materials or overrides an expressly stated license.

Links may lead to independently operated websites or services. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and applicable terms. Review the relevant notices before supplying information or entering an engagement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory applicable law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website.

We may update these Terms and will show the effective date on this page. A separate engagement agreement governs its own amendment process.
