A bounded pre-startup proving program.

Build150 is House of Starts' bounded pre-startup proving program. It brings together an opportunity, capable builders, prototype capital and Network capabilities within a constrained period to create real-world evidence about what deserves to happen next.

A startup does not need to exist at entry. A startup is one possible outcome, not the assumed outcome.

The prototype is the instrument. Evidence is the primary output.

Build150 tests both the Opportunity hypothesis and Builder hypothesis. It evaluates the Opportunity + Builder configuration, not an idea in isolation.

Evidence determines what happens next.

The 150 constraint

150 represents bounded proving. A Build150 may terminate earlier when sufficient positive or negative evidence exists. Exact duration rules may evolve through versioned parameters.

What exists now that did not exist before?

Hours, meetings, presentations, enthusiasm and code are not automatically evidence. Prototype capital buys experiments and evidence.

CFIR is the people track within Build150 for capable people already supported through employment or an equivalent parent structure who want to build like founders without immediately leaving their existing role.

CFIR asks whether the opportunity deserves to exist and whether the person demonstrates the agency and capability to become a co-founder if it does.

Agency is measured by evidence, learning velocity, ownership and creation, not performative overwork.

CFIR is a track within Build150, not a separate Program.

Current Prototype Capital Configuration

Build150 defines the method. Sponsors define capital mandates. Tracks define participant configurations. Projects define experiments. Evidence determines continuation.

Build150: 2026-27

EightQor is currently a Prototype Capital Sponsor. Current experimental parameters are approximately:

• Up to ₹25 lakh per canonical Build150
• Up to six Build150 projects per year
• 2026-27 mandate period
• Deployment against experiments, milestones and evidence

CFIR: current pilot configuration

Up to ₹15 lakh prototype capital under the current Upsquare configuration, released against experiments and milestones.

These capital, capacity, sponsor and duration settings are operating parameters that can evolve. They are not permanent Program definitions.

Participation and what it does not promise

At prototype stage there may be no startup and therefore no startup equity. Prototype-stage assets and economic rights follow sponsor and project terms. Participation does not automatically create founder equity.

If evidence justifies a startup, founder roles, future commitment, equity, IP, capital and governance require a new agreement according to contribution, commitment, risk and value creation.

Build150 does not promise startup formation, founder status, equity, follow-on capital, fundraising, customers, commercial success, employment transition or continued HoSt participation.
