Build150 is House of Starts' bounded pre-startup proving program. It brings together an opportunity, capable builders, prototype capital and Network capabilities within a constrained period to create real-world evidence about what deserves to happen next.
The prototype is the instrument. Evidence is the primary output.

HISTORICAL PROGRAM
3rd Dot was substantially designed and selectively exercised, but its formal Program format never became mainstream HoSt work. Its central thesis was that HoSt could become a missing third dimension around a founder or opportunity by contributing complementary capabilities and co-building rather than merely advising.
Do not merely advise creators. Bring missing capabilities and create alongside them.
HoSt has evolved this idea toward orchestrating distributed capabilities across the Network. HoSt does not need to supply every capability itself.

First Rocket was designed and offered for people with an idea who needed help moving toward an actual venture. It had limited instances and never became mainstream HoSt work.
Very early opportunities need a different mechanism from established startups.
Build150 is an evolution of the problem First Rocket tried to solve, not merely a renamed First Rocket.
HISTORICAL PROGRAM
CXO Lift-Off was designed and offered for ventures beyond initial formation that needed additional leadership capability. It had limited instances and never became mainstream HoSt work.
Different Starts need different capabilities at different stages.
HoSt can respond through orchestration rather than requiring a permanent CXO product.
